Senior Living in Pickerington

My dad has resided at Best Days for the past 5 years which has truly been a blessing to our lives. The staff is amazing, very professional and personable, and they go above and beyond to make their residents feel at home. The owner and her mother has even made my dad his favorite banana pudding on occasion. Ms. Yolanda is accessible when I need her and knowledgeable of my dad’s needs. I couldn’t be happier with Best Days Senior Living.

Yolanda helped me get back to “normal” with my therapy. Some days I didn’t know whether I could do what she asked of me but with her confidence and creating a positive atmosphere, I accomplished what I needed to do to return home. Yolanda was very nice and upbeat which helped everyone in the healing process. “Thank you for putting up with me.” I am forever in her debt.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to you and your staff at Best Days. From the moment you picked up my mom from rehab last year to today, you and your staff have been more than helpful to me and my family. From sending me pictures/videos of her, reading to her, making her wear her hearing aids, to going to the hospital when she had to be transported for emergency care, you all have done an amazing job! So glad we found you!

Navigating placement of adults with cognitive issues can be incredibly challenging, but the team at Best Days Senior Living made a world of difference. They took the time to truly understand the unique needs of my sister and have worked thoughtfully and collaboratively every step of the way to ensure her safety and helped her remain socially engaged with others. What stood out most was their communication — always clear, timely, and compassionate. The team at Best Days is responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in the well-being of their residents. It’s clear they care deeply, not just about doing their jobs well, but about doing what’s right for the individuals and families they serve. We’re grateful to have found a place where professionalism and heart go hand in hand.

I was able to tour and observe the workings of Best Day senior living and I have to say that the owners and the staff were very kind and inviting people who took good care of my father. They really have the heart to care for the elderly. My father just needed to stay for a week, but if it ever had to be long-term this will be our choice. Thank you for everything Walter and Yolanda.
