Yes. We like you to make the room your own so it feels as homey as possible. You are welcome to bring your own furniture and decorate as you wish.

While families can visit at any time, we ask that you respect all residents with the times you choose.

Services Offered by Best Days

Just like other assisted living facilities we provide three nutritious meals along with snacks when requested, personal care as needed while facilitating independence, laundry services, medication reminders, and more.

Yes, both mentally and physically stimulating activities. At time of intake, we ask what are some of the things your loved one likes doing. We then try to keep those activities available.

Being able to personalize each resident’s day is one of the benefits of serving 9 vs 100+ residents. But typically, once they wake up in the morning our staff assists with any personal care needs, they eat a hot freshly prepared breakfast, take their morning medications, participate in a group or one-on-one activity, eat a nutritious lunch, participate in an activity of their choosing (most like to rest in a recliner or watch TV), eat dinner, wind down for the day, take evening meds around 8 p.m., and then head to bed when they are ready.

No, unlike large assisted living facilities, we do not do tier pricing. It is one cost for everything we do.

Best Days Wellness & Safety

Yes, and the night shift is not a sleeping shift.

The home is not secure like a secured unit in an assisted living facility, but we do have chimes on all the doors and since our staff to resident ratio is so low, we can easily keep track of our resident family.

Unlike at a larger assisted living facilities, our Resident Care Assistants do not have 15+ residents on their assignment. Therefore, they can take the extra time needed or reapproach a resident who is “refusing” care.

No. Our residents are fairly medically stable. We can reach out and get a response from our nurse practitioner when needed.

No, we prefer families to take them so they can provide an accurate medical history and get first-hand information from the appointment. Several of our families choose to use our in-house group “At Your Door,” which is practice with nurse practitioners who see our residents monthly or as needed.
